To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your shipping address at checkout is full entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for any incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Chameleon Unleashed, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO boxes.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the postal service you selected at checkout. Chameleon Unleashed does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
If you order multiple items and one is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and issue you a refund for the item(s) that are out of stock.
Please note that Chameleon Unleashed Hats and T-shirts are shipped separately from our sunglasses and may arrive at different times based on processing/fulfillment time and the shipping method you select.
Chameleon Unleashed offers both domestic and international shipping. However, please note that there may be additional fees for international shipping.
2-3 days from the date your order is placed. Chameleon Unleashed utilizes a fulfilment center for shipments of our hats and t-shirts. If there are any delays in fulfillment times, there will be a notice on our website and any customers affected will receive an email regarding the delay.
Please note that this is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has completed fulfillment and has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Hats and T-shirts
Chameleon Unleashed Hats and T-shirts are processed via a 2-5 day fulfillment process. This process is separate from your shipping time. Once your item is shipped, please refer to your carrier for delivery times.
For our hats and t-shirts we offer live rates, where you get to choose from a variety of carriers for shipment and choose the best shipment option based on your location.
If you order sunglasses with a hat or a t-shirt, please note that these items will be shipped separately from different locations. Hats and T-shirts may also be shipped separately.
*Customers that choose Expedited FedEx will receive priority fulfillment/processing time. However, please note that FedEx does not ship to PO boxes

Standard Shipping Times:
All returns must be postmarked within (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused conditioned, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service by filling out our contact form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely inits original packaging and the return form provided via email. A return address will be provided in response to your email.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
